Wesbrook Place is the largest neighbourhood. When complete,12,500 residents will live amongst the convenient shops and services of Wesbrook Village. Wesbrook Place encompasses many features including the Wesbrook Community Centre, Save on Foods, and nearby UBC Farm. The neighbourhood has five parks that are dedicated to Nobel Prize Laureates – including four named after UBC Nobel Laureates – Michael Smith Park, Khorana Park, Mundell Park, and Brockhouse Park.
Still under construction, Wesbrook Place has both market and rental housing, a commercial core, including cafes, schools, playing fields and generous green spaces.
