Hampton Place

Hampton Place was the first UNA neighbourhood.  This lovely neighbourhood is nestled amongst the trees adjacent to Pacific Spirit Park at the northeast corner of 16th Avenue and Wesbrook Mall.  The first residents began moving into Hampton Place in the early 1990s and today it is home to approximately 2,000 residents in 11 buildings that range in size from high rises to townhouses.  Although many original Hampton Place residents were retirees or older adults, today Hampton Place is home to a growing number of families with children.
