Upcoming Events Newsletter

We’ve changed the way we manage our email lists to make things more efficient and to allow subscribers greater control over the emails they receive from the UNA. Please submit the form below to sign up for the UNA Upcoming Events Newsletter email list.

We discontinued the “UBC Majordomo”-based UNA Upcoming Events Newsletter email list on April 22, 2010. Individuals who did not subscribe to the new list by this date no longer receive the UNA Upcoming Events Newsletter by email (though much of the information may be available on the UNA website).

The only information required to be subscribed to this list is your email address – no other personal identification is required. However, if you elect to share other basic personal information with the UNA, we can provide you with greater services via email (for example, news and information specific to your address).

The UNA does not rent or sell email contact lists to any third party.

The UNA email database is stored on a secure system located in the United States of America. This service provider offers state-of-the-art security for all data in the organization’s custody or control and is a cost-effective way for the University Neighbourhoods Association to manage its data.

The UNA has taken reasonable measures to ensure that personal information handled by its service providers on our behalf is protected and not used or disclosed for purposes other than as directed by the University Neighbourhoods Association, subject only to local legal requirements applicable to those service providers. Please contact the Executive Director of the UNA, Jan Fialkowski, at janf@myuna.ca with any questions you may have regarding our email policies and procedures.
