The resident parking decal and visitor parking permit are only for residents in Hawthorn Place and Wesbrook Place. Check the addresses BEFORE filling in the form.

Terms & Conditions

Resident Parking Decals

• Decal is non-transferable.
• Not valid for metered parking, or 1 hour / 2 hour parking zones.
• Hawthorn decal valid only for on-street parking in the Hawthorn Neighbourhood; Wesbrook decal valid only for on-street parking in Wesbrook Neighbourhood.
• The UNA is not responsible for damage to vehicle or contents.
• Decal remains property of the UNA. Lost or stolen decals may be replaced subject to payment of the posted replacement fee.

Visitor Parking Permits

• Permit is non-transferable.
• Not valid for metered parking, or 1 hour / 2 hour parking zones.
• Hawthorn permit valid only for on-street visitor parking in the Hawthorn Neighbourhood; Wesbrook permit valid only for on-street visitor parking in Wesbrook Neighbourhood.
• Not valid for use at any time for permanent resident vehicle parking.
• Improper use of parking permit or violation of the UNA Parking Policy may result in this vehicle being towed and/or the cancellation of the permit.
• The UNA is not responsible for damage to vehicle or contents.
• Permit remains property of the UNA. Lost or stolen permits may be replaced subject to payment of the posted replacement fee.
