Proof of Address
Proof of residence address is required for applications for:
- UNA Community Services Card
- Hawthorn Place Visitor Parking Permit
- Wesbrook Place Visitor Parking Permit
The UNA accepts the following proof of residence address:
- Drivers License
- BC ID
- Tenancy Agreement
- Lease Agreement
- Current month utility bill
- Current month phone bill
- Current month credit card bill
- Current month bank statement
Important! The followings are only considered proof of ownership, and can not be used as proof of residence address:
- Services Levy Statement
- Property Purchase Record
- BC Assessment Notice
- Canada Revenue Agency Notice
