WESBROOK

The Wesbrook Fitness Centre is located on the top floor of the Wesbrook Community Centre (WCC). This modern and open space helps add a sense of freedom to any workout. Our fitness centre staff are knowledgable and helpful. With close proximity to Pacific Spirit Park, this fitness centre is connected to the community and nature that surrounds it.

OLD BARN

The Old Barn Fitness Room is located on the ground floor of the Old Barn Community Centre (OBCC). This space isn’t fancy, but the convenient location and long operating hours make this a great option for anyone wanting to fit more exercise into a busy schedule. With a rich history and longstanding involvement in the community, the OBCC has a charming feel.

Join our fun and energetic fitness classes! Cardio Kick Boxing, Barre Fitness, Taekwondo, Karate and Mums and Bubs fitness are only a few of the many classes we offer. Live a healthy, active lifestyle while getting in shape, meeting new people, and having a great time.

Personal Training

Whether you are a complete beginner getting started with fitness, rehabilitating from an injury, looking for a sport-specific workout, or simply want to take your fitness to the next level, our highly qualified and experienced trainers will work with you to reach your fitness goals. Your personalized fitness plan can be arranged around your schedule, no matter how busy you are.

We offer individual personal training, and small group training sessions of 2 – 3 people. Personal training sessions are approximately 60 minutes in duration, and can be booked in packages of 1, 3, 6, or 12 sessions. Prices also includes your drop-in fee for the fitness centre. Your first session includes goal setting and a fitness assessment.

Youth Orientations

After completing a mandatory gym orientation, youth members aged 13-16 are able to access our fitness centre facilities. Our qualified team members will assist you in health and safety, navigating our fitness facility with ease, equipment training and setting routines.
Parental consent and registration are required.
