Fit Over 50 and Changing Aging

Changing Aging is a program designed by the UBC School of Kinesiology, and delivered by students with specialized knowledge of working with aging population. This supportive class focuses on developing functional strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.
Fit Over 50 is a spin class which includes stretch and functional strength training will help you maintain and find fitness in your fifties and beyond.
A Physician’s clearance and an intake session is recommended before entry to both these classes.
