October 4, 2016 Blog

October is one of my favourite months of the year. Is there anything bad about this month? The beautiful colours of autumn, the family gatherings of Thanksgiving (which include guilt-free food indulgence), and the excitement of Halloween all fall within 31 glorious days. The only bad thing that happens during October is midterm week, but I’m willing to accept that in exchange for at least 5 pumpkin pies – one for each soul-crushing exam. Non-students, you can have 5 pies anyway, just for being so dang good-looking.

But wait, it gets better! October is more full of goodness than you thought.

But what could be better than pumpkin pie…
