It feels like a new year and a fresh start in our community. School is back in session, the changing season has begun with her true autumn colours, and the first week of programs has officially started at We Are Community. If it wasn’t for the sunshine, the crispness of September air, and the fresh faces of students who are still getting enough sleep every night, we might actually feel a little worn out by all the bustling activity!
This vibrant and hopeful feeling among our neighbourhoods is not without good reason. In July we had the pleasure of introducing you to our new brand, as well as unique programs and new ways of connecting with you and other members of the community. Our new website, wearecommunityvan.ca, along with our growing social media presence, is making community engagement easier and more accessible than ever.
Here at We Are Community, we love yoga, and we want you to love it too. The practice of yoga can be a rewarding physical, mental, and spiritual journey. Yoga can be your weekly amazing workout. It can be your daily de-stressor at the end of a busy day and offer you a deep connection to your body that may change your life. There are so many wonderful benefits associated with the practice of yoga that we feel like shouting them from rooftops! Luckily we have access to more sane methods of communication. So as part of our ongoing quest to offer accessible and exciting programming, we decided to completely transform our yoga model at The Studio.
Yoga at The Studio now welcomes you to 14 different styles of yoga, with 22 classes per week. Our new pricing structure ensures that your mind as well as your wallet will remain at ease during your practice. We offer a one time drop-in fee for all yoga classes, monthly and yearly memberships, and a 10- and 20-class pass. Not sure which membership is right for you? Try a first-timer 1-month unlimited yoga membership for just $49.
