Join UNA resident and UBC researcher Risa Sargent\, who will be sharing her tips and tricks about what and when to plant in fall\, vegetables that can overwinter\, and organic ways to get the richest soil. \n—\nRisa Sargent is an associate professor in the Plant Science program in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at UBC. Her research focuses on how agricultural systems can be designed and managed to minimize disruptions to critical ecosystem services such as pollination.
