During her time at UBC\, Hailey was president of the Political Science Student Association\, helped to establish UBC’s chapter of Equal Voice\, attended Universities Model Parliament as party leader\, and volunteered with Legal Education Outreach. In addition to her legal practice\, Hailey works as a facilitator for UBC’s Institute for Future Legislators (through the School of Public Policy).
