Grab your lawn chair and blankets and come down to Jim Taylor Park (right\noutside Bean Around the World) for this family-friendly community concert featuring local musicians\, field games\, and vendors. No registration is required. \n  \n4:30 – 5:30 pm | Community Showcase \n5:45 – 6:30 pm | Glisha \n6:45 – 7:30 pm | Shamir Virgo \n  \nGlisha is a Vancouver-based Filipino-Canadian artists who effortlessly blends together the world of Pop\, RnB\, and Folk with her lyrically-charged and punchy pop melodies paired with warm vocal tones. With influences such as Ariana Grande\, Taylor Swift\, and Lizzy Mcalpine\, Glisha’s work displays storytelling through her songwriting\, production\, and lush vocal stacks. \nShamir Virgo is a Vancouver-based independent artist\, songwriter and musician. He makes Pop/R&B-inspired music\, his influences include the likes of Pink $wests\, Daniel Caesar\, Leon Thomas\, and Music Soulchild. He has worked with many Vancouver locals and aspires to create connections with other artists and musicians who strive to maintain musical integrity.
