He has more than 10 years of management experience at Fraser Health Authority and Provincial Health Service Authority. He has been involved actively with local Chinese media for education programs on healthcare system. Working with other non-profit organizations\, he also organized humanitarian missions in rural China targeting patients from under-privileged families.
