He will also cover the benefits and challenges of the current healthcare system\, reasons for waitlist\, and ways to better access healthcare services. \nSpeaker: Lenny Zhou\, Senior Operations Engineering Manager\, BC Children’s Hospital \nLenny holds a Master of Management degree in Operations Research\, from the Sauder School of Business\, University of British Columbia. He has more than 10 years of management experience at Fraser Health Authority and Provincial Health Service Authority. He has been involved actively with local Chinese media for education programs on healthcare system. Working with other non-profit organizations\, he also organized humanitarian missions in rural China targeting patients from under-privileged families.
