Campus and Community Planning is seeking applications for the volunteer position of Resident Member on the Development Permit Board which has the responsibility to review and approve development proposals in UBC’s Neighbourhoods.

If selected, you will be expected to serve on the Development Permit Board for a minimum of two calendar years, starting January 2018. Members of the Development Permit Board are appointed by the Board of Governors.

Candidates must currently reside in a UBC neighbourhood where the Development Permit Board has Jurisdiction; be knowledgable about contemporary planning and urban design principles; and understand andĀ support UBC’s objectives in developing residential communities at the Vancouver Campus.
