Outdoor Event Advisory: Garden Party

Upwards of 1200 people are expected to attend a Garden Party, held at UBC Farm – Events Field #9 – on Sunday, September 3 and again on Monday, September 4 between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Please be advised that:

• A sound system will be used,
• Food and alcohol will be served both days,
• Third-party security will manage inside the event space,
• UBC Campus Security will be on site outside at the end of the event.
