Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing recreation programs and services at the Wesbrook and Old Barn Community Centres. Reporting to the Assistant Recreation Manager, the Program Coordinator leads the development of seasonal program guides, supports budgeting and reporting, supervises staff and instructors, and ensures programs are safe, welcoming, and responsive to community needs.

Parent and Tot Instructor (Old Barn)

The Parent and Tot Instructor (Old Barn) facilitates the Parent and Tot Drop-In program at Old Barn Community Centre. Parent and Tot is one of the UNA’s most popular programs, allowing young children opportunities for physical and social skill development, as well as fostering connections between parents and caregivers in the community.

Assistant Manager - Recreation

The Assistant Manager of Culture and Recreational Programs plan, organizes, and oversees the development and delivery of arts, culture, and recreational programs, services, and events that strengthen community identity, inclusion, and well-being. This position provides leadership to staff and volunteers, manages budgets and resources, and fosters partnerships with community organizations, cultural agencies, and local government. The Assistant Manager ensures programs are innovative, accessible, safe, and aligned with the University Neighbourhoods Association’s vision, values, and strategic goals.

Camp Leader

Reporting to the Camp Coordinator, the UNA Adventure Camp Leader is an enthusiastic and responsible individual tasked with the delivery of camp services with the UNA. This person will help to foster an active, healthy and connected UNA community.
