The UNA offers a variety of flexible drop-in programs that allow participants to attend individual sessions without registering for a full series or for multiple classes. Participants may attend whenever space is available and pay only for the sessions they choose to attend.

How Do Drop-Ins Work?

Different types of drop-ins require different rules. Please read the information below carefully to make sure you can reserve your spot when they become available.

  • Sports Drop-In

    Drop-in sports programs such as badminton, volleyball, basketball, and pickleball

    Online or in-person

    When to register

    • UNA residents: up to 48 hours before the session
    • Non-UNA residents: up to 24 hours before the session

    Important information

    • Registered spots are held for 10 minutes after the session begins. After 10 minutes, spots may be offered to those on the waitlist.
    • Participants must have a UNA Account to register.
    • Participants must check-in at the front desk
    • Participants must wear their wristband during play.
    • Spectators are not permitted in the gym.
    • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Registered Sports Drop-In

    Full-season sports programs that allow drop-in participation when space is available

    When to register

    • The waitlist opens 30 minutes before the session.
    • Registered spots are held for 10 minutes after the session begins. After 10 minutes, spots may be offered to those on the waitlist.

    Important information

    • Participants must have a UNA Account to register.
    • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Family Sports Drop-In

    Sports activities designed for children and adults to participate together

    How to register 

    In-person only

    When registration opens 

    • Thirty minutes before the session on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Important information 

    • A family must include at least one participant aged 19 or over, and one participant aged 18 or under.
    • Maximum four participants per family.
    • Participants must have a UNA Account to register.
  • Social Programs Drop-In

    Social and community programs that do not require advance registration, such as Parent & Tot Gym, Family Movie Night, Bridge, and Community Digital Support

    Thirty minutes before the session on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Registered Programs Drop-In

    Full-season programs that offer drop-in participation when space is available, including yoga, pilates, dance, martial arts, and group fitness

    • If a program is fully registered, drop-ins will not be accepted.

    • Participants must check-in at the front desk before the start of class.
    • Drop-in fees must be paid before participation.
    • Participants must present their receipt to the instructor.
    • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
