Programs & Registration

The UNA runs recreation programs every season for children, youth and adults/seniors. Browse our full program selection right here on our website, or log in and view them from your UNA Account.

Programs

Early Years (Ages 0 – 5)
Our activities for preschoolers (ages 0-5) are designed to help toddlers strengthen their bodies and minds. All preschool programs and drop-in activities are lead by professional instructors who maintain a strong community focus.

Children/Youth (Ages 6 – 18)
Our activities for children (ages 6-12) are focused on interaction, growth, and play. All children’s programs are lead by professional instructors. Our activities for youth (ages 13-18) are centred around individual expression, leadership development, and authentic friendship.

Adults/Seniors (Ages 19+)
Adult programs support learning beyond the classroom. Participants can keep healthy, achieve fitness goals, meet neighbours and build community at our community centres and fitness centres.
