Packages

We design custom exercise programs to match the goals and needs of each client. Our specialization is in prenatal/postpartum exercise, weight loss training, body building, strength training, and flexibility training. Each custom program incorporates a variety of body weight movements, weights, TRX, kettle bells, resistance bands, machines and more.

  • Intro Package ($99)

    This 90 minute and subsequent 60 Minute follow up session is the perfect starting point if you’re looking to getting into personal training after not being active for some time. With an introductory session of 90 minutes, your trainer will be able establish your current physical level and design a goal driven program suited to your needs and helping you achieve a healthier lifestyle

    Pricing: $99 for both sessions

  • Solo Package ($55+)

    When you’re ready, our trainers can create customized exercise programs to match your goals and needs. Our success is in helping you achieve yours. Our training programs incorporate a variety of body weight movements, weights, TRX, kettle bells, resistance bands, machines and more.

    • 6 Sessions – $300
    • 12 Sessions – $570
    • 24 Sessions – $1080

    Public Pricing

    Group training is available to those looking for a major impact. From friends with a similar goal, to local teams looking to find that competitive edge, our trainers can create customized programs to help you achieve ultimate success.  For more information on group training, contact us at programs@myuna.ca

    Pricing: Quoted based on group size and support needs. Starting at of $50/person/session.

Locations

We empower you to achieve your fitness goals by providing industry leading fitness facilities and support.

Our Wesbrook Fitness Centre is a bright space with open ceilings and windows overlooking Wesbrook Village and the community centre gymnasium. The fitness centre has a variety of equipment including spin bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, universal gym, free weights, Bosu balls, and TRX suspension equipment. If you’re feeling cooped up, our trainers have access to our community centre gymnasium, turf athletic playing field and endless running trails in Pacific Spirit Park.

If you want a more private experience, the UNA Old Barn Community Centre is located in the heart of Hawthorn Place. This smaller studio style space is equipped with free weights, universal gym machine, and cardio machines.

  • Sasha Duncan - Personal Trainer

    Hi there! My name is Sasha and I graduated from the Vancouver School of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in International Economics. Despite a 4 year degree filled with data, math and a bunch of statistics, my true passion is rooted in health and fitness. I swam competitively in high school which evolved into a love for resistance training in university. The welcoming and encouraging fitness community inspired me to get officially certified as a personal trainer (NASM) in 2020 in hopes of continuing to inspire more people to pursue a healthy lifestyle and unlock their physical potential! In 2021, I got certified to be a Nutrition and Weight loss Coach (NASM) to further support clients in understanding the relationship between the food they eat and how it affects their fitness goals. Staying physically active is one of the best investments anyone can make for their longterm health, let me help you get started!

    Besides me basically living in the gym, I thoroughly enjoy trying out new restaurants, listening to R&B and traveling to pretty places!
