UNA Guidebook

The UNA operates and maintains infrastructures within its jurisdiction, including parks and sidewalks (a full list is outlined on Schedule B of the Neighbours Agreement). Currently, the UNA retains a service agreement with UBC Properties Trust which subcontract the maintenance and landscaping of these facilities to various contractors. The landscaping within a Strata’s common property, is maintained by the Strata.
