January 15: Aging with Vitality: Breathe, Move, Laugh! with Dr Farah Shroff
Join us for a fun and interactive workshop that combines gentle movement, breathing, laughter and practical health tips to help you age with strength and joy. You’ll try simple exercises for balance, flexibility, and confidence while learning lifestyle strategies that support your well-being.
Dr Farah Shroff is a Harvard-educated global public health leader who specializes in mind-body wellbeing, women’s health and social justice. She is also a teacher of yoga, dance, and other mind-body practices. She founded Health Together, a global public health collaborative, and teaches at UBC in the Faculty of Medicine.
