UNA Dog Park

Operating Hours: 7 a.m.–9 p.m.

The UNA Dog Park is a fenced off-leash dog park with dedicated areas for large dogs and small dogs. Located at Wesbrook Village beside the Wesbrook Community Centre.

Dog Park Features


The park has been designed with safety and comfort in mind for both dogs and their humans, and features:

  • Separate, fenced areas for large dogs and small dogs
  • Shelters and benches for seating
  • Water fountains (please note that the fountains are closed for the winter season)

Dog Park Rules


  • Ensure your dog is healthy, vaccinated, and over six months old before visiting.
  • Your dog must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Each person may bring up to three dogs at once.
  • Maintain close supervision of human children while in the park.
  • Leash your dog when entering and exiting the dog park.
  • Close the gates securely when you enter or leave.
  • Avoid bringing toys or unpackaged food to prevent guarding or aggression.
  • Use this park at your own risk. The UNA assumes no responsibility for any injuries.

Dog Park Etiquette


  • Discourage excessive barking.
  • Pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • Stop your dog from digging and fill in any holes they make.
  • Keep your dog within sight and under voice control.
  • Prevent your dog from being aggressive toward people or other dogs.
  • Respect the space and comfort level of people and other dogs.
