A New Old Barn: Update on Roof Replacement

After some weather and logistical delays, the Old Barn Community Centre roof replacement started on November 15, 2023. While construction remains weather-dependent, the estimated time for completion is 15 days.

We have put measures in place to minimize the disturbance for all users of the Barn, however, please note some possible impacts to users in and around the facility:

• Noise and construction activities in Meeting Rooms 1 and 2
• Minor interruptions in the Old Barn Fitness Centre
• Partial blocking of the sidewalk on Larkin Drive (Pedestrians must use the crosswalk.)
• Temporary closure of loading bay and sidewalk on Thunderbird Blvd. during roofing material deliveries
