Get Up to Get Down

In partnership with moveUBC and lululemon, we are excited to be hosting this combined event! It is open for all levels, and variations will be recommended to meet your fitness abilities.
The first part will be focused on non equipment functional strength training lead by lululemon ambassadors, Bret and Phil from Session Athletics.
Relax after a good workout with some basic yoga postures and mental techniques with Andrew Clements. This portion is designed to leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
Join us early (10:00 am) for conference style presentations in physical activity, health and wellness, and kinesiology – from current UBC graduate students. There will also be Kombucha sampling and other booths before and after the event.
