Community Horse Themed Art Exhibition

Over 150+ community submitted artworks by your neighbours will be on display during the event. Artwork media includes drawing, painting, photography, handcrafted works, and 3D printings. You are invited to view the works and vote for favourites in each age group.  Participating artists are welcome to stop by to collect participation recognition.

Voting will take place during the event until 4 p.m. (1 vote per person)

Featured Performances

There will be entertainment filled with dance,  songs, and skill demonstrations in the gym for the whole family. (Performances will begin at 1:30 p.m.)

Cultural Demonstrations, Games, Crafts, and Activities

Enjoy a variety of cultural demonstrations and activities. There will be a variety of games to entertain all ages and fun arts and craft activities for the kids

Cultural Foods

Visit the Social Room during the event to enjoy traditional Chinese and Korean snacks and tea tastings

Please expect the following operational changes as we facilitate this highly popular event:

• Saturday, Feb. 21: In preparation for the event, following areas at the Wesbrook Community Centre will be unavailable after the hours listed below:
  • Social Room: will close at 3:30 p.m.
  • Lounge: will close at 4 p.m.
  • Gymnasium and Art Room: will close at 6 p.m.
  • Multipurpose Room: will close at 6:15 p.m.
• Sunday, Feb. 22: Expect high traffic all day in and around the event venue
  • Some parking stalls will be unavailable for public use
  • The Wesbrook Fitness Centre will remain open, however, we recommend using the exterior entrance for easier access.
