  • What is a UNA Account and how do I sign up for one?

    Sign up for a UNA Account to access various UNA services. Anyone can create a UNA Account to register for our programs and events; however, some services such as UNA Cards, UNA Society Membership and UNA Parking Permits are exclusive to UNA residents.

    To sign up, visit myuna.ca/una-account.

  • How to recover my UNA Account's lost or forgotten password?

    Reset your password by following the steps below:

      1. Go to myuna.ca/login
      2. Select “Forgot password”
      3. Enter your email click the “Reset password” button.
      4. Reset your password through the provided email.
  • How do I update information on my UNA Account?

    Update your information by following the steps below:

      1. Go to myuna.ca/login
      2. Enter your username and password.
      3. Once logged in, select the “Edit” button to make changes.
      4. The green “edit” button will open the profile editor.
      5. Once you are done making changes, select “Save” and your information will be updated.
  • What is the UNA Card and how do I get one?

    With the UNA Card, UNA residents get access to waived fees and/or reduced rates at various UBC recreation and cultural facilities, the Vancouver Public Library and UNA community centres.

  • How do I register for UNA Programs?

    You must have a UNA Account to sign up for programs.

    To view our current program offering, visit myuna.ca/programs. Use the filter options to view programs by season, age, activity, group size, location, and day. You can also search for programs in the top left.

  • How do I get a UNA Parking Permit/Pass?

    UNA Parking Permits and Passes are available for residents living in Wesbrook Place, Hampton Place and Hawthorn Place.

  • What is a UNA Society Membership and how do I sign up for to become a member?

    In order to participate in the UNA’s governance activities, such as general meetings and Board elections, a person must first become a UNA Society Member.

    To become a member, a person must both be:

    • be at least 18 years of age
    • reside in a UNA designated area or building

    You can confirm if your residence is located in a UNA designated area by visiting myuna.ca/verify-address.
