Updated: January 31, 2022 – Please note that the booking requirement for using the fitness centres will be lifted as of Monday, January 31, 2022.

Adult fitness and dance programs that were affected by the previous Provincial Health Officer restrictions will resume as in-person classes beginning January 20, 2022. Patrons who have registered for these affected programs will be contacted with re-opening details, however, some adjustments may apply due to the class capacity limit change.

UNA fitness centres will also be re-opening on January 20, 2022. Capacity restrictions will be in place and we will be going back to an appointment-based system. Online booking is now open for both fitness centres. Members who hold a valid fitness centre pass or punch card can pre-book a 75-minute training session within 24 hours prior to the time they want. To book a fitness centre timeslot, log in to your UNA Account and select Fitness Centre Access from the Services drop-down menu.

Please note that proof of vaccination is required for all participants of fitness classes and users of the fitness centres. The UNA Mask Policy remains in effect. People ages 5 and older are required to wear masks in indoor public settings. Masks may be removed temporarily while participating in a sport or fitness activity.
