The Run For Women will take place on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Approximately 600 people are anticipated to participate in the Run For Women, an event to raise funds for the Reproductive Mental Health Program at BC Women’s Hospital. Road closures are minimal, and UBC Traffic Control will be provided at two crosswalks in the area to ensure safety. The start and finish area will be at Lot 1 in Wesbrook Village.

Set up will begin in the daytime on Friday, May 6 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and take down will be immediately after the event on Saturday afternoon, with completion expected by 3 p.m.

A sound system will be used. No food or alcohol will be served.

Please note that there is a correction in the course description about road closures in Page 3 of the attached PDF. Webber Lane between Save on Foods Surface Lot and Birney Ave is no longer impacted and no road closure is expected on May 7.
