Emergency Preparedness Workshop

Join us for a free personal emergency preparedness session at the social room in the Wesbrook Community Centre.

The workshop is tailored for the UBC campus community and led by UBC Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Support Services Specialist, Jackie Kloosterboer. Jackie will walk participants through practical steps to stay safe, prepare their homes and respond effectively in the event of a major emergency, including the possibility of a large earthquake in our region.

Following the presentation, UBC Emergency Management will provide a short overview of their campus-wide emergency response programs, with time for Q&A.
