Connect and nourish at Soups and Social. Join us each month more a cozy lunch where you can enjoy delicious homemade soup and connect with friends both familiar and new!
Each session features a fresh nourishing soup prepared by BC Brain Wellness Program team and an interactive nutrition workshop led by Dietitian Raihan Hassen.
Apr 23: Thai Coconut and Lime Soup with Fish or Tofu
Ingredients: Vegetable oil, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Low-fat Coconut milk, Vegetable broth, Red Curry paste, Fish Sauce, Limes, Tomatoes, Tofu, White fish (Cod, Sole or Tilapia), Cilantro, Green Onions, Whole wheat baguettes
