The UNA is pleased to announce that UBC Parking Services will take over the invigilation and enforcement of parking regulations on Thunderbird Blvd and East Mall. On May 15, 2017, UBC Parking Services will assume on-street parking invigilation and parking enforcement. Affected locations will be designated as “Reserved 24 Hours for UNA Hawthorn Parking Permit and UNA Hawthorn Visitor Parking Permit Holders”.
The Vancouver international Marathon Society will be holding the BMO Marathon on May 6-7. Please note there will be road closures at the UBC Point Grey Area on May 7. Please follow the above link for more details.
Beginning April 1, 2017 UNA residents will no longer need to visit the UNA office to receive reimbursement for UBC Library Cards. UNA residents will now be issued UBC Community Free library cards, which can be obtained at the Koerner Library. Residents will be required to present on piece of government issued photo ID and their UNA Access Card to receive the library card at no cost.

The new Resident Parking Decal and Visitor Parking Permit will be available for purchase at the UNA office (#202 – 5923 Berton Ave.) starting February 27, 2017 during regular hours of operation (Mon to Fri from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm). Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash. Please follow the above link for more information.
Effective October 10th, 2016 (*Extended). All one-way car sharing vehicles (Car2go and Evo) will need to park in designated “Car Share Only Parking” in Hawthorn Place, Hampton Place and Wesbrook Place.
