Enhancing the Value of Your Property Lease

The UNA Board of Directors is supporting a project led by lawyer and former UNA Chair Jim Taylor to research strategies that UNA owners, the UNA and UBC can adopt to maintain leasehold property values.

UNA Committee Agendas

Residents are invited to comment on any agenda item of the monthly meetings of the UNA Standing Committee on Operations & Sustainability, and on the UNA Standing Committee on Governance. The agendas will be published the Friday prior to the meeting. Comments should be submitted by email by noon on the day of the meetings.

Welcome

The University Neighbourhoods Association was established in 2002 to promote the creation of a vibrant and sustainable community for the residents of UBC’s residential neighbourhoods. Today, approximately 8,000 residents live in five UNA neighbourhoods including Hampton Place, Hawthorn Place, Chancellor Place, East Campus, and – our newest neighbourhood – Wesbrook Place.
